Transportation from Milano

[Suggested Option] Shuttle: We recommend flying in before Tuesday, June 23rd and staying overnight in Milan. We will organize a shuttle from Milan to the venue on Tuesday before your check-in. If you'd like to reserve a spot, please fill out this form. Details to come.

Private Driver: Our amazing planners have many private drivers that can be available for airport pick ups / drop offs. If you want to go with this option, please text Marco Bernuzzi on WhatsApp +39-338-792-7492 to coordinate. 

Train: All train information is included under each airport option

Car: You can rent a car but please note you cannot take a car onto Monte Isola, so you will need to leave it in Sulzano. 

Linate Airport (Milano)

1 hour by car - 2.5 hours by train

If traveling by train:

1) Airport to Milan Central Station (Milano Centrale): 
- Upon your arrival at Milan Linate Airport, you can take a taxi, a shuttle service, or public transportation to Milan Central Station (Milano Centrale). 
2) Milan Central Station to Sulzano 
- Once you arrive at Milano Centrale, you'll need to take a train to Brescia. Trains from Milano Centrale to Brescia run regularly, and the journey takes around 1 hour. 
- Upon arriving at Brescia, you'll then need to catch a train to the town of Sulzano. Trains from Brescia to Sulzano are frequent and have a short travel time of about 20-30 minutes. 
3) Sulzano to Monte Isola: 
- Once you reach Sulzano, you can easily access Monte Isola via a short ferry ride. The ferry terminal in Sulzano is well-marked, and the ferries operate frequently, taking just a few minutes to reach Monte Isola.

Malpensa Airport (Milano)

1.5 hours by car - 3 hours by train

If traveling by train:


1) Airport to Milan Central Station (Milano Centrale): 
- Upon your arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport, you can choose from several transportation options to reach Milan Central Station (Milano Centrale). These options include taxis, shuttle services, and public transportation. 
2)Milan Central Station to Sulzano: 
- Upon your arrival at Milano Centrale, you will need to board a train to Brescia. Trains departing from Milano Centrale to Brescia are frequent and have a travel time of approximately 1 hour. 
- After arriving in Brescia, you can catch a train to the town of Sulzano. Trains from Brescia to Sulzano operate frequently and have a short journey time of about 20-30 minutes. 
3)Sulzano to Monte Isola: 
- Once you reach Sulzano, you can easily access Monte Isola by taking a brief ferry ride. The ferry terminal in Sulzano is clearly marked, and ferries run regularly, with the trip to Monte Isola taking just a few minutes.


Bergamo Airport (Milano)

45 mins by car - 2.5 hours by train

Please note: Bergamo is a more domestic airport which is more easily accessed via other airports in Europe. This is not for long international flights.

If traveling by train:


1) Bergamo Airport to Brescia: 
- Upon your arrival at Milan Bergamo Airport, you have several options to reach Brescia, the closest major city to Monte Isola.
2) Brescia to Sulzano: 
- Once you arrive in Brescia, you'll need to catch a train to the town of Sulzano. Trains from Brescia to Sulzano are frequent and have a short travel time of about 20-30 minutes. 
3) Sulzano to Monte Isola: 
- After reaching Sulzano, you can easily access Monte Isola by taking a short ferry ride. The ferry terminal in Sulzano is well-marked, and ferries operate regularly, taking just a few minutes to reach Monte Isola.


Venezia airport "Marco Polo"

2 hours by car - 3 hours by train

If traveling by train:

1) Airport to Brescia:
- Upon your arrival at Venice Airport, you will need to travel to the city of Brescia, the nearest major city to Monte Isola.
- You can take a taxi or use the convenient shuttle services available at the airport. The taxi ride typically takes around 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic, while shuttle services offer shared transportation options.
Alternatively, you can take a train from Venice to Brescia. This option may require a transfer in Verona or Milan.
2) Brescia to Sulzano:
- Upon reaching Brescia, you will need to catch a train to the town of Sulzano. Trains fromBrescia to Sulzano are frequent, and the journey takes about 20-30 minutes.
3)Sulzano to Monte Isola:
